Scarlett Johansson (born November 22 1984 New York City New York, U.S.) American actress and singer whose acting range earned her popular acclaim across a range of genres from period drama to action thrillers and thrillers. Johansson, the daughter of the film producer as well as an architect was brought up as a child in New York City. Hunter was her twin as well as Johansson, were the youngest out of four kids. When she was seven, she had already begun auditioning for television commercials. She enrolled shortly after at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and afterwards attended the Professional Children's School in Manhattan to further hone her craft. Like many actresses who are new, she decided to build her talents in the theater. She was involved in various productions across the USA in the midst of making her stage debut.
