Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe, a mixed race British-Nigerian child, was born to the family of South London. She is English but her father was Nigerian. She grew in an estate in South London council estate and at the age of fourteen, she attended The Brit School. She was a student of acting in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. She appeared on stage in many productions while attending school like the King Henry V, as Princess Katherine, and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe launched her acting career through the movie Storm Damage. She's appeared as an actor on Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her debut film as a performer is the Woody Allen 2007 film Cassandra's Dream. She starred opposite Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. The film's success led her to play Elisha as a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot, then appear in the six-episode series Trexx & Flipside as Ollie. In the ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl was her first appearance in 2008 playing Bambi. Madekwe was the main character in the comedy of 2008 How to Alienate and Lose Friends. The credits on stage for Madekwe are Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe made her US debut in the series The Beautiful Life in 2009. The show aired just two episodes on The CW, and was later ended. Ashley Davenport, a character on ABC's Revenge drama series was cast to play Ashley Davenport. Madekwe was a regular on the drama series of Revenge on ABC during two seasons. It was revealed in May 2013 that she'd leave the series after making a guest episode in the very first series of the 3rd. Between 2014 and 2016she appeared in Salem as Tituba. In June 2012, the actress married her long-time boyfriend actor Iddo Goldberg. They worked together on Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Goldberg also appeared alongside Madekwe on Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario with an extended family. She joined her parents, Roy and Patty along with her older brothers -Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. Ashley's siblings, who are all athletes, play baseball during the summer and played hockey in winters. Ashley was unable to walk, but was able to dance. As a result, as she grew older, she discovered Baby Ballet. Ashley fell in love with dance at this age. Ashley continued to perform competitively until her high-school graduation in top divisions such as ballet, tap, Jazz and Pointe. She also competed in Acrobatics, Acrobatics Musical Theatre, Lyrical Hip Hop, and much more. She also won the top awards for soloists in every major dance contests, including International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, among others.
