She was born in Santa Monica California, the United States of America on the 26th of November the 26th of November, 1986. The singer is the sole child of Vincenzo Barba. Her family and she moved to Point Pleasant New Jersey when she was just six years old. Red Bank Catholic High School was where she completed her formal education at the time in New Jersey. After graduating from Catholic University with a Bachelor's in Architecture, she continued her studies at the college. A violinist since age 4, Violingirl was her nickname. Because of her talents that she was referred to by the name Violin Girl. She was a violin teacher to children in the neighbourhood. When she was nineteen she auditioned for Season 6 of American Idol and sang the 1976 single Free. The singer was eliminated after she was ranked 16th on American Idol. There were many songs she performed like the 2009's "The The Christmas Carol" and the 2010's Out for Blood. She has also appeared as a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Antonella Barba became famous as an American during her time in American Idol's sixth season. She began her career on film following her expulsion from American Idol after six seasons. In 2012, she appeared in Fear Factor as a contestant. She also appeared in parts in minor roles in various films. Daily Mail said that, in November 21st, 2019, she was given a nearly 4-year sentence for conspiring to spread fentanyl. In July, the artist confessed to possessing more than 400 grams the drug in her possession, in the hopes of selling it.
